EWI samarbetar med en ledande entreprenör inom ett stort järnvägs- och anläggningsprojekt i Stockholm och söker nu en erfaren Kontraktschef för en permanent tjänst.

Detta är en nyckelroll i ett komplext och högvärdesprojekt där du får möjlighet att arbeta i framkant av svensk infrastrukturutveckling.


Om Rollen

Som Kontraktschef ansvarar du för hela kontraktsprocessen och säkerställer en professionell hantering av kommersiella och juridiska frågor under projektets gång. Du kommer att spela en central roll i att säkerställa projektets framgång samtidigt som entreprenörens intressen skyddas.


Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ansvara för kontraktsadministration genom hela projektets livscykel
  • Hantera och driva krav (claims) inklusive upprättande och förhandling
  • Hantera ändringsarbeten och ÄTA (variationer)
  • Stödja och hantera tvister och konfliktlösning
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av avtalsvillkor och krav
  • Ge kommersiell rådgivning till projektledning och interna team
  • Samverka med beställare, konsulter och myndigheter, inklusive trafik- och transportorganisationer
  • Upprätthålla korrekt dokumentation och kontraktshantering

Profil

  • Flytande svenska och engelska (krav)
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet som Kontraktschef eller motsvarande roll
  • Stark bakgrund från entreprenörssidan (huvudentreprenör)
  • Gedigen erfarenhet inom claims, ÄTA-arbeten, tvister och kontraktshantering
  • Erfarenhet från stora anläggnings- eller järnvägsprojekt
  • Erfarenhet av arbete mot beställare, myndigheter eller trafikorganisationer är meriterande
  • God förhandlingsförmåga och stark kommunikationsförmåga
  • Relevant högskoleutbildning inom teknik, juridik eller bygg

Contracts Manager - Heavy Civil / Rail Project

EWI is supporting the delivery of a major heavy civil rail infrastructure project in Stockholm and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading contractor on a permanent basis.

This is a key commercial role on a complex, high-value project, offering the opportunity to work at the forefront of Sweden's infrastructure development.


The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of the full contract lifecycle, supporting project delivery through robust commercial and contractual management. You will play a critical role in protecting the contractor's position while ensuring successful collaboration with the client and key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of contracts administration across the project lifecycle
  • Lead on claims management, including preparation, submission, and negotiation
  • Assess and manage variations and change orders
  • Support resolution of disputes and provide contractual strategy
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, terms, and conditions
  • Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities, including transit bodies
  • Maintain detailed contractual records and documentation

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent Swedish and English (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or similar) on major construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong background working for a main contractor
  • Extensive experience in claims, variations, disputes, and contracts administration
  • Experience working on heavy civil and/or rail infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to working with clients, public authorities, or transit agencies is highly advantageous
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, Law, or a related field
